1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Make AI, including the website, account features, AI video generation, credits, and subscription features. By using Make AI, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Make AI.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account and payment information and keep it up to date.

3. User content and permissions

You keep the rights you have in photos, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant Make AI the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, store, display, and transmit that content so we can provide the requested AI results, account history, support, safety review, and service improvements.

You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for content you upload, especially images of other people. Do not upload private, sensitive, or identifiable content unless you are authorized to use it with Make AI.

4. Generated results

Make AI provides AI-generated videos based on your inputs and selected templates. AI results may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to outputs generated for other users, or not suitable for every purpose.

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with applicable law, you may use your generated results commercially. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them and for making sure your use does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

5. Prohibited use

  • Do not use Make AI for illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, or misleading content.
  • Do not upload or generate content involving a person without appropriate permission, especially for sensitive, deceptive, defamatory, or impersonation uses.
  • Do not attempt to bypass credit, payment, security, rate-limit, content-safety, or access controls.
  • Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or misuse Make AI or its underlying systems.

6. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

  • Generations use credits. The credit cost may vary by feature, template, quality, model, or video complexity and is shown before generation when available.
  • Subscription credits may refresh or expire according to the plan and billing period. Consumable credit purchases may be handled separately from subscription credits.
  • Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their rules may apply in addition to these Terms.
  • If a generation fails due to a system issue after processing starts, credits may be refunded automatically or after review. We may deny refunds for misuse, policy violations, or user-side errors.

7. Service changes and availability

Make AI may change, suspend, remove, or limit features, templates, models, prices, credit costs, or availability at any time. AI generation times and output quality can vary based on server demand, input quality, provider availability, and model behavior.

8. Intellectual property

Make AI, including its software, design, branding, templates, workflows, and service content, is owned by CELESTIS MOBILE LABS BILISIM LTD STI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Make AI or its underlying technology to you.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information. By using Make AI, you also agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Make AI if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, failed to pay amounts owed, or used Make AI in a way that may create legal or security issues.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Make AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific generation quality, error-free outputs, or that results will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business arising from your use of the service.

12. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Make AI after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
